​Website Design Rates

I offer small business websites at an affordable rate. Rates vary from project to project and are affected by the client's needs and desires. A 2 or 3 page website for a small business looking to generate new customers, such as a local coffee shop, will cost less than a website that wants to sell products on-line. Basic websites with 7 pages start with a $790 design rate.  As we talk on the phone or by email, I will be able to gather all the information I need to design a website for your business within your budget. If you need a Store (shopping cart) that is not covered in the design fee and will be billed separately.

​Hosting/Maintenance Rates

​If you have never had a website, you may not be aware that the costs for a website include:
  1. A web designer to build the website.
  2. A hosting service to put the website on the Internet.
  3. Someone to make updates to your site.     
Hosting/maintenance is $39/month.  That hosting rate will put your website on the Internet and include email addresses that will be forwarded to the email address you currently use.  I will write Keywords and Description for each page which will tell the search engines like Google what your website is all about.  I will register and verify your website with Google.

​Domain registration is not included in the hosting rate, but I can help you purchase a domain name and get it registered.

Updating Rates

​After your website is launched, I will make changes/additions to your website as part of the hosting fee.  If you need more than 2 hours/month updating or you need to make a major change I will write you a Proposal for that work before we start.
